Terms and Conditions
- Tours are on a tight schedule, be at least 15 minutes early to pick up location. We do not wait for late guest....well we probably will wait, but please try and be on time
- Central Ky Tours accepts no responsibility for late guest and no refunds will be issued for late guest
- Central Ky Tours accepts no responsibility or misplaced, lost or stolen property
- Central Ky Tours reserves the right to change tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to substitute an equal or better tour stop
- No open containers of alcohol or food permitted on the bus. Bottle water is permitted. Absolutely no smoking on the bus at any time.
- If your tour includes the Ky Cooperage, you agree to wear close toed shoes and no photography permitted inside Ky Cooperage. Ky Cooperage allows no exceptions to these rules.
- Central Ky Tours reserves to the right use photos, images and video of our tours for future promotional use.
- You must be 21 years of age to participate in the distillery tour tastings.
- All tours require walking over uneven surfaces and climbing stairs in old Historic Buildings, if you have mobility issues please take this into consideration before booking.
- Some areas of distilleries could be closed due to maintenance or shut down during some parts of the year. This is under total control of the distilleries. Tours do continue during these shutdowns, distilleries make adjustments to the tours accordingly.
Seating is very limited on our tours- Cancellations within 14 days at this time will not be refunded, absolutely no refunds during Keeneland Racing seasons (April and October) and the first two week of May. Reservations cannot be transferred to other parties. All tours require full payment at booking.
