Veteran's Week Special Tours

Once again, to honor those who have served and protected our country, Central Kentucky tours will be offering special tours for veterans and active military in November in honor of Veteran’s Day. Any paying guest may bring along an active or retired military person at no charge for the veteran. On November 9th and 10th, we will offer our Barrel to Bottle Tour that will include visits to Kentucky Cooperage to see barrels being made, Maker’s Mark for a tour and tasting and lunch, craft distillery Limestone Branch for a tour and tasting, and lastly a tour and tasting at Wilderness Trail Distillery in Danville. On November 11th, we will offer our Bourbon in the Bluegrass Tour. We will visit Four Roses, Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve distilleries for tours and tastings with a stop for lunch in either Lawrenceburg or Midway. Cost for the paying guest will be $109 which includes all tours and tastings with lunch not included in the charge. There will be no cost to the active or retired military person as long as they are accompanied by a paying guest and bring their military I.D. Pick up for November 9th and 10th will be at Shaker Village at 8 a.m. and Beaumont Inn at 8:15 a.m. Pick up for November 11th will be at Shaker Village at 8:10 a.m. and at Beaumont Inn at 8:30 a.m. |
